Refunds & Returns
How do we handle refunds and returns?
At Pillowparody, our products are custom-made on demand through our trusted manufacturer, Smartprintee. This means that all products are unique and created specifically when ordered, so returns and exchanges are not supported if the wrong size, design, or style was chosen, or if you simply change your mind.
However, in the event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. To initiate this process, please get in touch with our support team and provide a clear photo that shows the issue.
Important Notes:
- If there is an issue affecting multiple items with the same design, please provide a photo (or video) showing all affected items in one frame for confirmation purposes.
- We are not responsible for customer errors such as ordering the wrong size or design. Additionally, for multiple orders of the same design, slight variations in print placement or design, due to the production process, are not considered defects.
For custom-shaped pillows, there is a minor tolerance for variations in print placement, typically around 0.5". This is within normal production limits and does not qualify as a defect.
