Our pillows are made with a soft 100% polyester cover and filled with polypropylene cotton. Each pillow is custom-printed with a vibrant design, ensuring a unique, high-quality product.
2. Can I return or exchange my order?
Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size, design, or style was selected, or if you change your mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a reprint or refund.
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Our products are made-to-order and typically take around 5 business days to be produced. Once production is complete, it can take 5-14 business days to receive your tracking link, depending on the production and shipping process.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries around the world. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on your location.
5. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. We will request a photo of the issue and arrange a free reprint or refund if there is a manufacturing error.
6. What sizes are available?
Our pillows come in a variety of sizes, which are listed on each product page. In general, sizes range from approximately 15 inches to 27 inches, depending on the design.
7. How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link 5-14 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Please be patient as the production process takes time.
8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because our products are custom-made, all orders are processed immediately after purchase. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot accept changes or cancellations once your order is placed, so please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.
9. Why is my order taking longer than expected?
Occasionally, your order may take longer than expected to be fulfilled and shipped. Some common reasons for delays include:
